What you consent to
By choosing to send an appointment request on WhatsApp, you consent to the clinic using the information in that message to coordinate an appointment and respond to your enquiry.
Information sent
The prepared message may contain your name, preferred branch, a short dental concern and an optional preferred date or time. Do not include passwords, payment details or information unrelated to the appointment.
Limits of messaging
WhatsApp messages are not a dental examination and should not be used for emergency diagnosis. The clinic may ask you to attend in person or use an appropriate emergency service.
Withdrawing consent
You may ask the clinic to stop non-essential appointment messages. This does not affect communications needed for an active clinical relationship or legal obligations.
