Information you choose to provide
The appointment form asks for a patient name, preferred branch, primary dental concern and optional preferred date or time. The website uses these entries only to prepare a WhatsApp message. It does not intentionally store them in a website database or include them in the page URL.
WhatsApp and telephone communication
When you continue to WhatsApp, information is handled by WhatsApp and the clinic staff receiving the message. Their platform terms and privacy practices also apply. Calls are handled by your telephone provider and clinic staff.
Analytics
If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, the site may record anonymous interaction events such as a WhatsApp click, call click, directions click or form completion. Names, phone numbers, dental concerns and form values must not be sent to analytics.
Purpose and retention
Information received by the clinic is used for appointment coordination and clinic communication. The clinic should retain it only as long as needed for those purposes, clinical obligations and applicable law.
Your choices
You can call instead of using the form. You may ask the clinic to correct or delete non-clinical coordination messages where appropriate.
